⭐ Rom&nd Nu Zero Cushion in 02 Pure 21 — My New Korean Base Favorite

I’ve returned to Korean cosmetics once again — and it seems that now even my foundations are almost entirely Korean. Over the past two months, my absolute favorite has been the Rom&nd Nu Zero Cushion in the shade 02 Pure 21.

I first heard about the brand because of their well-known lip tints, but after reading reviews of their cushions, I decided to try one — and I haven’t regretted it for a moment.

The design is understated and neat: a minimalistic gray box with a holographic seal, and inside, a matte gray compact. It’s fairly large but feels lightweight. The lid snaps shut securely, so it won’t open accidentally in your bag.

Inside, there’s a plastic separator, and on top of it lies a very soft, flexible two-tone puff with a pointed edge. Beneath the separator is the cushion soaked with the foundation — sealed with an additional protective membrane.

At first glance, the shade seems darker than it is, but that’s just an illusion — on the skin it looks much lighter and cleaner. The cushion is well-saturated, though the sponge is dense, so you need to press lightly to pick up the product. The volume is standard — 15 g.

The foundation has a light, fresh scent that quickly fades. The puff distributes the product beautifully — it doesn’t absorb too much and applies the foundation evenly, making it economical. The coverage is medium but buildable, and can also be applied in an ultra-thin layer for a more natural finish.

It applies best with tapping motions — and in the mirror you can immediately see how the skin looks smoother and more refined. At first I thought the shade was too light, but within a couple of minutes it settles and slightly adjusts to the skin tone. It can emphasize dryness if present, but that depends more on skincare prep. It doesn’t sink into pores or highlight them; it may gather slightly in fine lines, but it blends out easily.

The longevity is excellent: on my normal, slightly dry winter skin it lasts about 6 hours without powder before shine appears, but the complexion still looks polished. With powder, the wear time increases significantly — staying even and matte almost all day. It removes effortlessly — I prefer cleansing oil.

I’m genuinely very happy with this cushion. It makes the skin look incredibly beautiful, evens out the tone without a mask-like effect, and never feels heavy. The longevity is excellent, and the finish is fresh and natural. A fantastic find!
