Back in spring, I started noticing a deepening frown line between my brows — and honestly, it started to bother me. Since I’m not planning on getting any injections just yet, I went searching for a “botox-like” serum and came across the Spanish brand La Cabine and their Botulinum Effect ampoules.
The brand isn’t widely known, but their range is impressive — and most importantly, quite affordable. The serum comes in dark glass ampoules, usually 10–15 per box. The key ingredients are peptides, hyaluronic acid, and phospholipids.
Inside the box, there’s a safety note about external use only, plus a plastic opener and a reusable cap that lets you store and dispense the ampoules neatly. Each ampoule contains 2 ml of product — enough for about 3–4 full-face uses, or 5–6 if you apply only to target areas (like I did on my forehead).
The serum itself is a light, semi-transparent liquid with a subtle, pleasant scent. Upon application, you instantly feel a slight “freezing” sensation — the skin relaxes as if gently numbed. The effect lasts for about 20 minutes and then fades. It’s a bit strange at first, but then actually pleasant — you can literally feel the product working.
With daily use, the results are visible: smoother, softer, and more even-toned skin. I used it for two months straight and practically erased that annoying frown line.
Now I’m giving my skin a break for summer and moved on to retinol for fall — but I’ll definitely repurchase these ampoules. They worked perfectly for me.
