The most important things I look for in a hand cream are deep hydration without stickiness and fast absorption. The latest products I’ve tried meet these expectations perfectly, and one standout comes from Korean skincare — Haruharu wonder Black Bamboo Nourishing Calming Hand & Nail Cream with Murumuru Butter.
The packaging is very pleasing: an eco-paper cardboard box with a 50 ml aluminum tube inside. The bamboo print adds a thoughtful design touch. The cap is small and screw-on, and the seal needs to be punctured before first use.
The scent is absolutely lovely — it smells like freshly cut grass. The fragrance doesn’t last long, but it’s very refreshing and enjoyable. The texture is classic and fairly rich, yet once you start massaging it in, it melts into a lightweight, milky consistency. The cream spreads easily and instantly softens dry areas and the cuticles.
I usually apply it before bed, but it’s also very comfortable for daytime use. The key advantage is that it’s completely non-sticky and feels incredibly pleasant on the skin — almost as if your hands are wrapped in a soft, caring blanket and sent off to rest.
The only downside for me is that it seems to run out quite quickly. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all.
