Not too long ago, Balea released new shower gels with natural scents — lavender for the evening and citrus for the morning. I went for the lavender one, Be Relaxed and Calm Aroma Duschgel, and honestly, no regrets (though I might go back for the citrus too 😉).
The packaging is lovely — soft pastel colors, a practical upside-down cap, and the usual 200 ml. The gel itself is clear, with a gentle, natural lavender scent that feels like walking through a flower field. It lathers beautifully, creating thick, foamy bubbles that wrap around the skin and cleanse without drying. The scent really does calm the senses — perfect for winding down before bed. The only downside? I always want to use more, so the bottle runs out quickly. But at this price point, I can’t complain.
To pair with it, I also picked up the Balea I Like You Berry Much Shower Foam. The packaging is playful, covered in little “love-struck” blueberries. It comes in a 200 ml can with a super convenient dispenser that delivers a generous amount of foam. The texture is bouncy and the berry scent is cheerful, though it doesn’t linger much on the skin.
Performance-wise, it cleanses gently but thoroughly, leaves no stickiness or residue, and rinses off completely. Plus, it’s surprisingly economical despite the big puffs it dispenses. A fun little addition to my shower routine!
