When you have long hair, conditioners disappear fast, so I’m always testing new ones. This time I decided to go back to a brand I used to love — John Frieda — and picked the restoring conditioner John Frieda FRIZZ Ease Wunder-Reparatur Conditioner.
Honestly, what caught my eye first wasn’t even the promises of repair and smoothing — it was the size 😄 250 ml is a great volume, especially when you go through conditioner as quickly as I do.
The packaging is удобная and practical: sturdy plastic that still works well even when the tube is almost empty, a flip-top cap, and a small dispenser. The texture is thick, creamy, slightly silicone-like. It has a soft coconut scent — not sweet or overpowering, and it doesn’t really stay on the hair after washing.
It spreads easily through the hair, doesn’t drip, and rinses out nicely (with a slight foamy feel). On the lengths, it does a good job — hair feels smoother, softer, and more manageable.
But when it comes to the ends, it wasn’t quite enough for me. They still felt a bit dry, so I had to rely on oils or leave-in products to finish the job.
Overall, it’s a solid “middle-of-the-road” conditioner. Not плохой, but not something I’d rush to repurchase either. I might explore other lines from the brand though — there’s still potential.
