I rarely (but precisely) use micellar waters — I usually prefer cleansing oils or balms. Still, sometimes I want a bit of variety. And it seems I’ve found my favorite in the micellar world: Nuxe 3 in 1 Very Rose — with a rose scent and absolutely no eye irritation.
This water comes in three sizes — from 100 ml to 400 ml. I have the medium one, 200 ml. The cap twists off, and underneath is a convenient small dispenser. The formula is 97% of natural origin, enriched with Damask rose extract. Naturally, the scent matches — very soft and pleasant, which I personally adore.
In practice, this is the gentlest micellar water I’ve ever tried. It works almost like a lotion: enveloping the skin, soothing it, and removing makeup at the same time. No irritation, no bitterness, no redness — it feels like removing makeup with rose petals while hydrating your skin. It handles all types of makeup, from long-lasting mascara to foundation. And with a little effort, it can even take off some matte liquid lipsticks (though not every type).
It doesn’t sting the eyes, doesn’t leave an aftertaste — in short, it’s ideal. For my dry, sensitive skin, it’s a 100% match.
