In my hand and cuticle care routine, I always keep an oil on hand. I believe it not only instantly improves the look of a manicure but also has a long-lasting effect. Right now, I’m using the super convenient OPI PRO SPA Nail & Cuticle Oil-to-Go with a brush applicator.
The packaging states that it contains cupuaçu and white tea extracts, with avocado oil as the base.
The small 7.5 ml tube comes with a handy brush. The bristles are firm enough and apply a thin layer of oil effortlessly. The texture is typical, maybe just a little more fluid than usual. It has a light lemon scent, not overpowering, and it disappears about half an hour after application.
The oil coats the skin nicely without feeling greasy — the consistency is closer to a dry oil. The cuticle instantly softens and looks hydrated. After a light massage, the oil absorbs, leaving the skin slightly dewy. Within five minutes, even that fades, and the skin simply looks well-groomed and smooth, without dryness.
I use it every night before bed — on my feet as well. =) The result is healthy, nourished skin with no trace of dryness. Thanks to the thin brush, it’s very economical, so one tube will last quite a while.
