I’ve always had a soft spot for Korean cleansing foams — they’re usually super economical, create a rich lather, and cleanse the skin really well. After loving the blueberry line from Frudia, I decided to try something new and picked the Mango Mochi Cleansing Foam.
The packaging is pretty standard: a bright 120 g tube made of opaque plastic. Most of the information is in Korean, but there’s a sticker with an English translation. The flip-top cap and sealed nozzle make everything feel secure and hygienic.
The texture is exactly what you’d expect from a classic Korean foam — thick, pearly, with a light soapy-fruity scent. It works best when lathered with a mesh net: you get a super fluffy, soft foam while using less product.
It cleanses very thoroughly — literally that “squeaky clean” feeling. For my dry skin, it’s not the most comfortable effect, but it’s manageable if I apply skincare right after.
However, there’s one noticeable downside: it stings the eyes. So you have to be careful during application. I use it as a second step after a cleansing oil, and I make sure to avoid the eye area — otherwise, it’s quite unpleasant.
Overall, it’s a good cleanser: effective, economical, and gives that dense foam many people love in Korean skincare. Just keep in mind the eye sensitivity and strong cleansing effect.
