Dry skin can be quite demanding: sometimes a cream feels too heavy, other times it’s just not moisturizing enough. So I’m constantly searching for that perfect balance. And surprisingly I grabbed it during a trip without much thought, and it ended up being a really pleasant surprise.
The Basis Sensitive Moisturising Cream caught my attention with its natural formula, featuring organic aloe vera and jojoba oil. I was already a bit familiar with the brand, so I trusted it enough to give it a try. The packaging is simple and minimalistic, with a cardboard box that includes all the necessary information.
The tube contains 50 ml, made of soft, удобный пластик with a flip-top cap. The cream itself is white, with a classic texture and a light herbal scent that feels fresh and not overpowering. Sometimes it even gives a slight cooling sensation on the skin.
The only downside I noticed is that product residue tends to build up around the nozzle and dry over time, so you need to clean it occasionally.
Other than that, it worked perfectly for me. It suits my dry and sensitive skin as a daytime moisturizer: hydrates well, doesn’t clog pores, doesn’t cause breakouts, and layers nicely with serums and SPF.
It also performs great as a makeup base — my skin feels comfortable throughout the day.
Now I’m really curious to explore more from the brand — their range looks quite impressive.
