I use lip oils actively during winter — they’re the perfect replacement for glosses that feel too cold when temperatures drop below zero. My current favorite is the Makeup Revolution Glaze Lip Oil in the shade Glam Pink — a true cherry-scented treat with hyaluronic acid and cherry seed oil in the formula.
The oil comes in a transparent tube with a fuchsia-colored cap and holds 4.6 ml of product. It has a large doe-foot applicator, but thanks to a great stopper, it never picks up too much product. The oil itself has a soft peachy-pink tint and smells deliciously like cherries — the scent fades quickly on the lips, though. 🍒
The texture is light and non-sticky, spreading evenly and creating a gorgeous mirror-like gloss. It fills in lip lines and makes lips appear visibly plumper. You can wear it alone or over lip liner/pomade. My go-to combo: a brown lip pencil blended softly along the contour and polished with this oil — the result is stunning! It works just as well over lipstick, though it will shorten the wear time a bit.
On the lips, it feels comfortable and nourishing, doesn’t run, and after removal, lips stay soft and hydrated. It can slightly dissolve less long-wearing lip products — but that’s normal for oils. The consumption is minimal, and the overall experience is pure joy.
